While we cannot guarantee any specific results in your case, there are a number of guarantees that are important and separate us from other lawyers.

These guarantees apply to the debt forgiveness (non bankruptcy) program:

WE GUARANTEE that for each credit card debt account we will wipe out at least 40% of that debt for that account or we don't get paid. On average we wipe out at least 70% of our clients' credit card debt.

WE GUARANTEE that you will never be required to pay any upfront fees to our office. It's real simple, unless you save, we don't get paid.

WE GUARANTEE that all Agreements between you and the firm are in writing. No one likes financial surprises or fine print. You won't ever get "fine print" from our firm.

WE GUARANTEE that we will work to STOP the phone calls immediately. We serve all of your creditors with a "Cease & Desist" so that they are put on notice not to contact you by phone. Instead, most of the creditors and debt collectors call us so you don't have to deal with them. We guarantee to aggressively work to stop the phone calls and harassment and we will, in certain cases, take action against the debt collector who violates our client's rights. In some cases, you can collect money.

WE GUARANTEE that we will not settle or resolve any matter without your prior consent or subject to your final consent and approval. Excellent communication is the key to a trusting relationship with your lawyer. We intend to make sure that your relationship with our firm is the best you will ever have.

WE GUARANTEE that after your credit card debt is eliminated we will put you into a proven credit restoration program to help you more quickly boost your credit score. This program is FREE to our clients, although you will be required to pay the credit bureaus for your updated credit reports.

We promise to return your phone call within 48 hours. Michael Mack and staff return calls between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. If Michael Mack is in trial or otherwise unable to return your phone call personally, he will arrange for his Personal Assistant to call you. If your problem cannot be resolved by a legal assistant, then the legal assistant will schedule a time when you can speak with Mr. Mack by phone or we will schedule an office visit.

WE GUARANTEE that any email that you send to Michael Mack or his staff will be answered in 24 hours or less, Monday through Friday. We take your emails very seriously and we constantly review emails from clients all day long, Monday through Friday.

WE GUARANTEE to always have a lawyer or a competent legal assistant available to serve you Monday through Friday. If you need help right away, a lawyer or a trained legal assistant who can help you is available during business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday).

WE GUARANTEE to meet all deadlines. We know you are relying on us to do what we were hired to do, and we will not let you down.

WE GUARANTEEto communicate with you in writing regarding every important matter in your case. You deserve to be kept current on the progress of your case. So, without fail, we will mail you a written copy of every important document that we produce or receive regarding your case.
